Terms of Service

The agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your company. If you are not authorised to do that for your company, do not create an account.

Your account

• You must confirm your email address before your company can be created.
• Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• The person who sets up the company becomes its billing owner. Only the billing owner can choose a plan or manage payment details.
• You decide who else in your company gets access and at what level.

Acceptable use

• Enter information only about your own employees, and only for legitimate employment purposes.
• Do not attempt to reach another company's information.
• Do not use the service to break the law or to harass anyone.

Employer Compass is not legal advice

Employer Compass helps you organise records, apply the policies you configure, and document your decisions. It suggests a next step based on the policy your company set up and the history you recorded. It does not give legal advice and it does not replace your judgment or the advice of your own attorney. Employment decisions remain yours.

Your information

You keep ownership of the information you enter. We store and process it so the service can work, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Payment

Plans, trials, renewal and cancellation are described in the Billing terms, which form part of this agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may improve or change features over time. Where a change materially affects how you use the service, we will tell you.

Ending your use

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Access after cancellation is described in the billing terms.
